How it works?

Become a Primary Member: Join NEMA Club at ZERO cost. Browse the healthcare section to see service provider options close to your location. The system is GPS-enabled, helping to reduce travel time and costs and allowing members to seek services for a few hours if needed.

Pay Platform Charges: Upon assurance, members pay platform charges as specified and get access to a fixed number of service providers nearby. Platform charges are valid for three months. Members can see reviews, verify qualifications, experience, whereabouts, availability, chat, share their requirements, and negotiate prices directly. Members are free to seek the service provider’s contact number!

Fill Out Agreement: Once an agreement is reached, members need to fill in a predefined online agreement that gets digitally signed by both parties—the member and the service provider.

Security Deposit: Members transfer 118% of the agreed value as an interest-free refundable security deposit to NEMA’s account and receive confirmation. Members pay the service provider directly at the end of the specified period in the digital agreement, whether hourly, weekly, monthly, or yearly. In case of non-payment to the service provider, NEMA shall pay the security money directly to the service provider.

Service Verification: An OTP system verified by both parties marks the start of the service. NEMA’s system captures the time and location of the service to ensure the safety of both parties.

Continuation of Service: Upon continuation of service beyond three months, the member needs to pay platform charges of ₹999 per month. This ensures access to certain providers every month, thus helping with replacement if needed. In case of non-continuation of monthly payment, the member will have to pay full platform charges once again upon requirement.

Service Closure: A similar OTP system, duly verified by both parties, marks the closure of the service, recording the time, duration, and location of the closure.

Reviews and Ratings: Both the member and the service provider give reviews and ratings of their experience. The service provider's review by the member is visible on the platform, while the member’s review is available to NEMA administration. (NEMA reserves the right to cancel membership in case of poor reviews.)

Police Verification: Members can request police verification, which NEMA shall complete within five days across India. This service is chargeable at ₹500 + GST.

Coordinator Service: NEMA also offers a coordinator service that can be sought by a one-time payment of ₹5000 + GST. The coordinator acts as the member’s representative and helps with discussions, negotiations, and closure. (This is the only additional service provided by most companies currently, often at hefty premiums.)
